Return Policy
We want you to love the products you've received.
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your feng shui purchase, please contact us within 24 hours after you have received your order at info@uniquefengshuishop.com
If you have placed your order online, please contact us by email and include your order number.
If you placed your order by mail or phone contact us at 305-273-7439, we are happy to replace it with another selection-
Once an order is processed and packaged, it cannot be cancelled. These conditions apply to both retail and wholesale orders.
Credit will be given on products only.
Damage items will be replaced by same product
We can NOT be held responsible for the following
Package left outside or shipments "disappearing" due to a signature waiver being on file (UPS/USPS shipments), or no one being home to receive the mail (USPS shipments).
Once the items are reported as delivered by the respective services, we can no longer be held responsible. We highly recommend that you have your orders shipped to your office if you are absent during the day.
If you are sending your purchase to another person we will require paying an extra fee $1.80 for signature confirmation.
Name of person ordered and name on credit card must be the same!
Incorrect shipping information while placing an order.
We do not guarantee any shipments made to P.O. Box.
We will not accept charge back on delivered orders which includes delivery confirmation service.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returning Merchandise
You will need a Return Number (RN) before returning any merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Do not return packages to our corporative address, we do not handling returns at this address. Please email or call us to receive instructions before returning an item.
Only returns with valid return number (RN) will be accepted.
All items must be returned unopened and unused
Sales are final for: glass, crystals, chakra pendants, ceramic , incense sticks and compasses
Credit will be given on products only. Not refunds.
We do not accept claims for missing orders or parts after 15 days that you placed your order. If you have not received your order in this period please call immediately to check your status order.
Damaged Goods
Damage is unlikely, but in the rare event your purchase arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours after received your order.

You must to return the damage item to receive a replacement

We do not charge shipping cost for replacements (on damaged items) or items in back order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: If you cancel your order, once placed, but before it is shipped, you will be assessed a 20 percent cancellation fee before credit is issued.
Sorry, but we can not accept cancellations once your order has been shipped (see above).
Orders which are refused at delivery will not be credited.
Once an order is processed and packaged, it cannot be cancelled. These conditions apply to both retail and wholesale orders.
I changed my mind : if you have decided do not keep your order after received because you changed your mind, we will give a store credit only-not refunds, sorry.We do not refund shipping cost involved in this return.
Refused orders under exceptional circumstances, will deduct 30% before credit to credit card, ( shipping, handling, processing cost and re stocking fee)
Fraudulent Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law!
Please do not place an order using someone elses' credit card -
even if you have their permission. Name of person ordered and name on credit card must be the same!

International Orders-
We do not refund International orders. We do not accept or refund refused orders. We are not responsible for international lost package. Please select an international shipping cost for your order. Do not select our flat rate of 7.75 available for USA territory .Please note that we do not contact international customers by phone.
Processing time on international order is longer than local orders. If we need to adjust your order or make corrections on shipping charges, it may delay your shipment. Please make sure to fulfill your order rightly. Thank you
